Returns & Refund Policy

At Solvya, we care about your experience. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you have up to 30 days from the purchase date to return your items. Please ensure all returns are unused, in their original condition, and repackaged as initially received.

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used skincare or cosmetic items. Additionally, any products marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds.

How to Initiate a Return or Request a Refund

Step 1: Get in Touch
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “REFUND”, and include your order number along with the details of the products you wish to return.

Step 2: Repack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely packed to prevent any damage during shipping. Only unopened, unused, and resalable products are eligible for a refund.

Step 3: Shipping the Return
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please be aware that original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Step 4: Use a Trackable Method
We strongly advise choosing a shipping method with tracking or insurance. If a return is lost in transit and we don’t receive it, we are unable to issue a refund without proof of delivery.

After We Receive Your Return

Once your return has been delivered and inspected, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that, for health and safety reasons, we cannot refund or exchange any opened or used items.

Refund Processing Time

We strive to complete all refunds within 14 business days of receiving your return. During peak periods, there may be a slight delay. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been successfully processed.
